As you are aware, Lauderdale West is fully managed by volunteers. This includes everyone on the Board of Directors. Many communities contract with management companies and the high cost is passed on to all property owners in monthly additional maintenance fees. We strive to keep our fees as low as possible. Our Directors cannot do their job without the help of volunteer staff. Please consider giving of your time to any of the many jobs available. Hours and days are flexible and we will endeavor to find a position that will match your skills and interests. We always have need for volunteers with computer experience, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
