By now, you should have received a postcard from Blue Stream Cable & Internet. The postcard will give you directions for scheduling an appointment to open an account with Blue Stream.
You will schedule an installation date for your new cable, internet, and paid options at this appointment. A sample of the postcard is shown below. We've setup a computer in clubhouse room 111 for you use in setting up your appointment. Someone will be available from 9 a.m to noon, Monday - Friday.
Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to noon
If you use a netTalk, Magic Jack, Ooma or any other brand of Internet connected device for your landline phone service (VoIP), you can continue to use it after the Blue Stream Internet installation. Your phone number will remain the same and you do not need to buy the optional Blue Stream telephone service.
