Please setup your account with Blue Stream as soon as possible for the TV and Internet services provided by the Association. The services are included in your monthly maintenance payment. Call Blue Stream 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., M-F. The number is 954-282-6478, Option 1. They will discuss available options and setup an appointment for installation.
Every resident will receive a one-time free installation. If you are out of town, it is not a problem. You can arrange installation whenever you return. Please give Blue Stream two weeks notice.
Telephone service from Blue Stream works over the Internet. It does not use copper wires. If your Internet service is down, your telephone will not work.

If you use a netTalk, Magic Jack, Ooma or any other brand of Internet connected device for your landline phone service (VoIP), you can continue to use it after the Blue Stream Internet installation. Your phone number will remain the same and you do not need to buy the optional Blue Stream telephone service.
You can place your Blue Stream telephone service on vacation hold for a period of 3 months minimum; 9 months maximum. The cost is $8.00 per month.
You cannot put a hold on any optional, paid channels or packages. You can simply cancel the channel or service and subscribe again when you return.
There is no need for you to place the base TV package on hold. You are not billed directly for the package. It is included on our monthly maintenance.
